At Maple Basketball, we strive to provide quality programs and services. Please review our refund policy:

Program and Camp Registrations

1. Cancellations by Participants:

   • Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made 7 days before the program start date with the exception of REP Teams.

   • A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.

   • No refunds will be given for REP Teams payments, as accepting a spot reserves a position that others may wish to take. In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us to discuss potential options.
      

2. Cancellations by Maple Basketball:

   • If we cancel a program or camp, you will receive a full refund.
      

3. Missed Sessions:

   • ​No refunds or credits for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
      

4. Merchandise Purchases​

   • Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

   • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
