At Maple Basketball, we strive to provide quality programs and services. Please review our refund policy:
Program and Camp Registrations

Cancellations by Participants:

Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made 7 days before the program start date with the exception of REP Teams.

A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.

No refunds will be given for REP Teams payments, as accepting a spot reserves a position that others may wish to take. In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us to discuss potential options.

Cancellations by Maple Basketball:

If we cancel a program or camp, you will receive a full refund.

Missed Sessions:

No refunds or credits for missed sessions due to personal reasons.

- Merchandise Purchases

Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
